Engytech Successfully Completed Due Diligence of Meteor Downs South (MDS) Project
From June to September 2017, Yima Coal Industry Group entrusted Engytech to undertake due diligence of MDS project in order to understand its complete and detailed operation process and feasible joint venture mode. Engytech conducted a thorough investigation of project partners, investigation including legal affairs, mining rights, development and preparation status, government approval status, current business and historical transactions. By depth reviewing of partners’ historical data, background, market risk, management risk, technology risk and capital risk, Engytech gave effective advice of project management and avoiding risks.
