Due Diligence of Meteor Downs South (MDS) Project
- From June to September 2017, Yima Coal Industry Group entrusted Engytech to undertake due diligence of MDS project in order to understand its complete and detailed operation process and feasible joint venture mode;
- Engytech conducted an in-depth investigation of project partners, including legal affairs, mining rights, development and preparation status, government approval status, current business and historical transactions, etc.;
- Through in-depth reviewing of partners’ historical data, background, market risk, management risk, technology risk and capital risk, Engytech provided effective advice for project management and risk avoidance.
