Pilot Processing Plant Construction Management
- Tender clarification during pre-construction stage;
- On-site project management;
- Liaise with design institute for technical support during site construction;
- Procurement and logistics management for most of site skids, parts, equipment and plants;
- QA/QC with principal team and management of contractor.
E-house Fire Protection System EPC
- Designed fire protection system for 400 & 500 E-house;
- Procurement of material and delivery;
- Site construction and commissioning of fire protection system.
